I loved living here!

“I have happily lived in this condo for 14 years. It has been the perfect home. Within walking distance to our amazing downtown core and beautiful waterfront. The building is beautiful to look at and well maintained. Anytime I told anyone where I lived I always heard “I LOVE that building!” It is a very unique condo building that always reminded me of a smaller version of the famous Dakota apartments in NYC. It has always given me great pride to say I live here. The community within the building is also something very special. There is always lovely group events, like weekly tea, a summer BBQ and holiday party that are available for you to partake in if you have the interest.

My unit is amazing. I have always loved the open concept and the peacefulness it brings me. As someone who worked from home a lot I always appreciated the ability to work quietly without a lot of traffic noises from outside or too many people living in the building going in and out. The floor where my unit is located has very little foot traffic but also is conveniently located near the Community Room, Underground Parking and mailbox. In my humble opinion it is the best spot in the building! It is time for me to move but this place will always hold a special place in my heart and I wish all the best to the person who is lucky enough to call it their home next “
